Case 161 — Service enquiry: information a watchmaker can use · uncertainty exercise
A service question only says that the watch stops occasionally. Which observations make an initial enquiry more useful?
Review focus: uncertainty. Leave the unresolved part visible instead of supplying a result. Use the original answer fragment “Document when it stops, winding behaviour, recent impacts and…” as the discussion anchor; no new event or result is supplied.
Exercise RWI-09543/161: address this question within its stated limits.
